・The academy and hotel require advance payment.
・Kindly refrain from making the payment at the counter on the day of your visit.
・Reservation Deadline:
Until 5:00 PM the day before.(reservations are not accepted on Sundays)
・After you send the message, please wait for a return message from our staff.
Locations
There are two locations within the country where you can participate in the Academy.
You can receive lessons through the same instructional methods at all locations.
Please choose one of the locations when making a reservation.

Depending on the order of application and the congestion situation, the selected location may be fully booked. In that case, we will suggest another location for your consideration.
HOTEL & HOT SPRING（Location：Saitama Quest）
You can also make a hotel reservation using this form, and further details about the hotel are available through the provided link.
Travel between Saitama Quest and the hotel will be by individual rental car.
Please arrange your own transportation, we apologize for any inconvenience.
