How to Cancel
Cancellations are accepted through a dedicated form on our website.
Upon completion of your cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
The calculation of the date is based on Japan Standard Time from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and any communications received outside these hours will be considered on the next business
day.
